Manager, Crew Training – Hospitality

About the role

The Manager Crew Training Hospitality leads Emirates' hospitality strategy for cabin crew training. Reporting to the Divisional Vice President of Cabin Crew Training, the role shapes and executes initiatives that enhance the customer experience and reinforce Emirates' reputation for hospitality excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Centre of Hospitality strategy aligned with Emirates Group objectives.
• Govern the Emirates Book of Hospitality, ensuring its principles are applied across all customer‑facing functions.
• Design, monitor, and report on KPIs and metrics to evaluate hospitality initiatives.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration to redesign hospitality processes and embed innovations.
• Present strategic plans to senior executives and secure support for key projects.
• Foster partnerships with industry leaders to drive innovation and adopt global best practices.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in hospitality, training, or related aviation environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to use data for decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Track record of delivering strategic initiatives and managing change.
