Manager Electrical Implementation

About the role

We are looking for a Manager – Electrical Implementation to lead the delivery of electrical systems across our data centre projects in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures compliance with designs, technical specifications, quality, safety and schedule, coordinating contractors, consultants, vendors and internal teams through construction, testing, commissioning and handover.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end electrical implementation, covering HV/LV systems, transformers, switchgear, UPS and generators.
• Review electrical drawings, technical submissions and method statements, and resolve constructability issues.
• Coordinate electrical interfaces with other engineering disciplines and monitor site progress against milestones.
• Oversee installations, inspections, NCRs, defects and punch‑list closure, driving corrective actions.
• Lead testing, commissioning and integrated systems testing to meet reliability and resilience requirements.
• Monitor budgets, costs and changes, escalating variances as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical engineering, construction or project implementation, preferably in data centres or mission‑critical infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of HV/LV systems, power distribution, and electrical construction.
• Proven contractor management and technical review capabilities.
