Manager Finance - Master Data Management

About the role

Emirates Group is seeking a Manager Finance – Master Data Management to lead its Master Data Management (MDM) function within the Group Financial Governance team. The role will shape data governance, quality and compliance across finance systems, supporting the airline’s global strategy and digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the MDM strategy, translating vision into measurable initiatives.
• Establish global standards, governance frameworks and control mechanisms for finance master data.
• Oversee master data operations, ensuring data quality, integrity, security and regulatory compliance.
• Lead data readiness for major transformation programmes such as ERP implementations and data migrations.
• Act as the primary subject‑matter expert and escalation point for complex master data issues.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to position MDM as a Centre of Excellence and enable operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance data governance or master data management within a large, multinational organisation.
• Strong understanding of finance systems, ERP environments and data migration processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on data quality and compliance.

Required skills

• Experience with finance master data domains and governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and data migration best practices.
• Familiarity with data quality, integrity and security controls.
