Manager – Financial Institution Coverage (UAE Nationals)

About the role

Provide relationship and execution support for financial‑institution clients, enhancing the bank’s TGM franchise through coordinated coverage and maintaining high service standards. The role works closely with product desks to ensure timely execution and accurate pricing for client transactions. It also ensures accurate CRM data, call reporting and client planning to support ongoing relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Support relationship management for FI clients such as regional and international banks, NBFIs, and asset managers.
• Coordinate daily flows, pricing requests, and trade execution with relevant product desks.
• Maintain CRM data, call reports, and client plans.
• Assist in cross‑selling TGM products such as FX, deposits, and investments in coordination with senior sales.
• Support client due diligence, documentation, and periodic reviews with relevant stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5–7 years’ experience in FI coverage, treasury sales, or corporate banking.
• Good understanding of FI client needs and interbank product set.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
