Manager – Hospitality & Leisure

About the role

Red Castle is seeking a seasoned Manager to oversee the performance and development of its hospitality and leisure assets in Abu Dhabi. You will act as the primary liaison between asset operators and the Development Management team, ensuring smooth operations, strategic growth, and timely delivery of capital projects.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor market trends and drivers affecting the hospitality and leisure sector across the UAE, GCC and globally.
• Gather and analyse performance data from operators, updating the Head of Hospitality & Leisure regularly.
• Maintain and review research documents, financial statements, forecasts and KPI dashboards.
• Prepare reports and presentations on sector outlooks, operational performance and cost analysis.
• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with hotel, serviced‑apartment and theme‑park operators.
• Conduct in‑depth operational and cost analyses, recommending efficiency measures while preserving service quality.
• Develop financial models, feasibility studies and sensitivity analyses for acquisitions, disposals, renovations and expansions.
• Lead due‑diligence, property reviews and periodic asset assessments.
• Coordinate with Development Management and construction/design teams to ensure projects meet schedule, budget and specification.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, property management, engineering, business or economics.
• Minimum 10 years of operational experience in procurement, facilities or estate management within hospitality/leisure properties.
• Proven experience with hotels, serviced apartments, theme or amusement parks.
