About the role

This role leads the effective utilization of the entire electrical distribution system for Green Initiative in Abu Dhabi, ensuring reliable power supply across all areas and supporting remodeling projects.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure proper distribution of available power to all areas.
• Coordinate electrical power requirements for remodeling projects.
• Act as a consultant on electrical systems.
• Prepare plans, equipment specifications, and cost estimates for alterations and major improvements.
• Analyze electrical problems and recommend appropriate changes.
• Oversee construction and installation of electrical systems.
• Determine specifications and approve modifications to original blueprints.
• Ensure contractors comply with fire protection, electrical equipment, and code requirements.

Required profile

• Knowledge of national fire protection codes, blueprints and electrical tools and practices.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience in the health‑care industry is preferred.
• Previous managerial or supervisory experience is preferred.
