Manager, Project Planning

About the role

The Manager, Project Planning will lead the specification, selection and rollout of best‑in‑class project management and project services systems across ADNOC Group companies. This senior role ensures that processes, tools and standards are consistently applied to support efficient capital delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Define, develop and implement project management portfolio and scheduling software, ensuring alignment with ADNOC guidelines.
• Act as custodian of group‑wide Project Management Systems standards, procedures and methodologies, and monitor compliance.
• Provide technical expertise and support to project managers, including system administration, change management and issue mitigation.
• Lead competency and career development programs for project management and services personnel.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in project management systems development, implementation and governance.
• Proven ability to lead large‑scale system roll‑outs and to advise on competence assessments.
