Manager - Revenue Performance & Analysis (Aero & Non Aero)

About the role

The Revenue Performance & Analysis Manager will lead the budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting for both Aero and Non‑Aero revenue streams at Dubai Airports. You will partner with finance and business teams to ensure accurate revenue planning and insightful analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end revenue budgeting and forecasting cycle, including planning, consolidation, review and submission.
• Develop and maintain detailed revenue forecasts, analyse variances and identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Produce management reports, dashboards and ad‑hoc analyses for finance leadership and business units.
• Review financial aspects of projects, initiatives and draft contracts, providing revenue impact assessments and business case support.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity across systems, reports and planning models.
• Support audits, management reviews and governance requirements with clear documentation and reconciliations.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of IFRS, internal controls and statutory regulations.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and maintaining accounting details such as receivables and payments.
• Proven ability to coordinate with cross‑functional teams and deliver high‑quality financial analysis.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
