Manager - Revenue Performance And Analysis Aero And Non Aero

About the role

The Revenue Performance & Analysis Manager will lead budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting for both Aero and Non‑Aero revenue streams at Dubai Airports. You will partner with finance and business teams to ensure accurate financial planning and insightful analysis that supports strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end revenue budgeting and forecasting cycle for Aero and Non‑Aero streams, including planning, consolidation, review and submission.
• Develop and maintain detailed revenue forecasts, analysing variances, scenarios and trends to inform decision‑making.
• Deliver revenue performance analysis by comparing actuals against budget and forecast, highlighting key drivers and risks.
• Prepare and maintain management reports, dashboards and ad‑hoc analyses for finance leadership and business units.
• Review financial aspects of projects, initiatives and draft contracts, providing business cases and financial justifications.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency and integrity of financial data across systems, reports and planning models.
• Support audits, management reviews and governance requirements with clear documentation and reconciliations.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of IFRS, statutory regulations and finance control frameworks.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, accounting details, receivables and payments.
• Proven ability to coordinate with cross‑functional teams and deliver high‑quality financial analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity across multiple systems.
