Manager – Sales and Enrollment Center

About the role

The Manager – Sales and Enrollment Center will support the Senior Vice President of Enrolments & Corporate Relations in achieving enrolment targets across GEMS schools. This role works closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain high service standards and promote brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities to drive enrolments.
• Collaborate with corporate marketing to design and execute school marketing strategies.
• Lead prospecting, proposal creation, contract negotiations, and follow‑up activities as the primary GEMS representative.
• Increase seat placements from corporate clients to meet enrolment budgets.
• Conduct parent surveys on the enrolment process, analyse results and provide recommendations.
• Organise promotional events targeting parents and corporate partners.
• Monitor front‑of‑house team performance to maximise conversion rates.
• Maintain open communication with existing parents, handling concerns and feedback efficiently.
• Promote other GEMS schools by arranging appointments and facilitating relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in a customer‑service focused role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with both peers and the parent community.
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
