Manager Solution Architect

About the role

Alpha FMC is seeking a Manager Solution Architect to join its fast‑growing EPM practice in Abu Dhabi. This senior, client‑facing position will lead the design and delivery of Enterprise Performance Management solutions across platforms such as Anaplan, Pigment and Workiva.

Key responsibilities

• Support pre‑sales activities, including building and presenting platform demonstrations.
• Own project scoping from discovery to sign‑off, leading workshops with client stakeholders.
• Translate functional requirements into detailed specifications, sprint plans and future‑state operating models.
• Document business and functional requirements, create workflow diagrams, and manage integration dependencies.
• Lead requirements gathering, maintain JIRA user stories, and ensure documentation discipline throughout delivery.
• Engage directly with clients throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery through deployment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior or manager‑level EPM consulting roles.
• Strong ability to lead discovery sessions and define project scope.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and stakeholder management.
