Manager, Special Projects

About the role

Atlantis The Palm Dubai is seeking a proactive Manager, Special Projects to lead and coordinate a variety of initiatives across its luxury resort portfolio. The role focuses on ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with consultants, designers, and contractors to develop project scopes, objectives, and technical feasibility.
• Act as the internal client representative, coordinating resources and third‑party vendors for flawless execution.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and progress, providing regular status reports to senior management.
• Secure necessary approvals, contracts, and government permits, working closely with commercial and legal teams.
• Prepare weekly and ad‑hoc reports on design and construction progress, highlighting issues and recommending corrective actions.

Required profile

• Strong background in project management, budgeting, and analytical reporting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Team‑player attitude with a problem‑solving mindset.
• Experience working in a hospitality or resort environment is advantageous.
