Manager - Stakeholder Management Civil Infrastructure

About the role

The Manager – Stakeholder Management – Civil Infrastructure will lead information and document management activities for AECOM projects in Dubai. The role ensures that all project documentation is accurately controlled, reviewed and delivered to support engineering and construction delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise document management, relational databases and internet‑based project collaboration systems.
• Administer document management processes for both home‑office and field environments.
• Manage internal and external document review cycles and maintain configuration management.
• Coordinate with material control, scheduling, expediting and client engineering to optimise time and cost of documentation.
• Lead the information management function on small to medium projects, providing mentorship and training.
• Delegate, supervise and evaluate the work of subordinate staff.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree.
