Manager Total Rewards & Policies

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Total Rewards professional to lead the design, implementation, and governance of our global compensation, benefits, and HR policy frameworks. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will work across our international network to ensure reward programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic input on global compensation, benefits, and HR policy design to support talent attraction and retention.
• Conduct market benchmarking using Mercer WIN, Mercer TRS, transportation surveys and other intelligence sources.
• Maintain salary structures, grading frameworks, allowances and benefits programs in line with total rewards policies.
• Lead annual salary, merit, promotion and incentive review cycles, delivering financial models and business cases.
• Ensure consistent, compliant implementation of reward policies across all jurisdictions.
• Own reward analytics, dashboards and reporting to support executive decision‑making.
• Deliver projects such as job evaluation, pay equity assessments, executive compensation reviews and policy harmonisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 5‑7 years progressive experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits or HR consulting.
• Extensive experience in international compensation benchmarking and reward governance within a multinational organisation.
• Advanced qualification in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, CIPD, GRP or equivalent is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Mercer WIN and Mercer TRS market‑pricing tools.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
• Knowledge of global labour legislation and compliance requirements.
