Manager - Trade Transformation Delivery

About the role

The Corporate, Wealth & Investment Banking Group of Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank is seeking a Manager to lead Trade Transformation Delivery. You will drive digitisation and process optimisation across Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance, ensuring seamless implementation of new platforms and enhanced customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of trade product and platform enhancements, including automation and customer‑journey redesign.
• Translate strategic change objectives into governed initiatives across trade products, systems, and processes.
• Consolidate inputs from business, product, operations, and technology stakeholders to shape initiatives, validate feasibility, and assess inter‑dependencies.
• Coordinate cross‑functional activities, ensuring scope, quality, and control requirements are met.
• Maintain delivery governance, support change‑request scoping, and provide impact assessments for senior decision‑making forums.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale transformation or digitisation programmes within trade finance or related financial services.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across matrixed organisations.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, capable of assessing feasibility and sequencing of initiatives.
• Solid understanding of regulatory and control frameworks governing trade finance.
