Managing Director – Brand Growth

About the role

This senior position offers the opportunity to shape the direction and growth of a portfolio of high‑potential fashion and lifestyle consumer brands. You will own brand strategy, influence product direction and drive commercial growth while working with established central capabilities and specialist teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define brand positioning, target consumer and long‑term ambition for each brand.
• Build 12‑24 month growth strategies, prioritising opportunities across categories, markets, channels and pricing.
• Develop and execute initiatives to increase awareness, demand, customer acquisition and brand equity through creators, ambassadors, partnerships, PR and cultural moments.
• Collaborate with Product, Design and Buying to ensure product architecture, pricing and range reflect the brand strategy.
• Monitor commercial performance, revenue, margin and customer acquisition, balancing long‑term brand building with short‑term commercial priorities.
• Lead cross‑functional teams – Marketing, Content, Ecommerce, Trading and Operations – to establish clear ownership, KPIs and operating rhythm.

Required profile

• Proven experience shaping and scaling consumer fashion or lifestyle brands.
• Strong strategic mindset with ability to translate brand vision into actionable plans.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management across product, marketing and commercial functions.
• Data‑driven decision making using consumer, cultural and commercial insights.
