Managing Director – Middle East – Fragrance

About the role

We are partnering with a global fragrance manufacturer to find a Managing Director for the Middle East and GCC region. This is a pivotal moment as the company invests heavily in new equipment, automation, and site expansions, requiring a strong commercial leader to drive growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the existing sales and laboratory teams across the Middle East and GCC.
• Define and execute strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Oversee the relocation and expansion of facilities to enhance technical and creative capabilities.
• Drive operational improvements, including automation and new equipment integration.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on investment decisions and growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years (ideally 15+) experience in a fragrance house.
• Deep knowledge of the Middle East and GCC markets.
• Proven senior leadership experience, preferably with operational expansion.
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
