Mani‑Pedi Therapist – Luxury Spa

About the role

One&Only Resorts is seeking a dedicated Mani‑Pedi Therapist to join the Health & Beauty team at the One&Only Royal Mirage Resort in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering premium nail and foot care treatments while providing an exceptional guest experience in a luxury spa environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a full range of Mani‑Pedi and Bastien treatments to high standards.
• Recommend and upsell spa products and additional services to guests.
• Manage the complete guest journey from booking to treatment completion.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and follow all standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with the spa team to achieve revenue targets and cross‑sell services.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a luxury resort, five‑star hotel, or high‑end nail salon.
• Strong knowledge of nail care techniques and retail product recommendations.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Creative, dynamic, passionate, and flexible with good leadership potential.

Required skills

• Proficiency in delivering professional Mani‑Pedi treatments.
• Ability to drive retail sales and upsell spa services.
• Understanding of hygiene and safety standards in a spa setting.
