About the role

This role is ideal for a creative and organised communications professional who can support brand visibility, strengthen external communications, and deliver engaging content across marketing and PR channels.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of integrated marketing communications and PR initiatives across digital, print, and external communication channels.
• Create and coordinate engaging content for campaigns, announcements, social media, presentations, newsletters, and other brand communications.
• Build relationships with media contacts, agencies, suppliers, and external partners while supporting press and publicity activities.
• Assist with communication plans around corporate initiatives, events, partnerships, launches, and other key business moments.
• Maintain consistency across brand messaging and visual communications, ensuring materials reflect the organisation's tone and positioning.
• Monitor media coverage, campaign activity, and audience engagement, providing insights that help improve future communications.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in marketing communications, public relations, corporate communications, content, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Media, or a similar discipline (preferred).
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt content for different audiences and communication channels.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, social media, media relations, and brand communications.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Creative, detail‑oriented, proactive, with good presentation skills and confidence working with internal teams and external partners.
