Marine Operations Engineer

About the role

The Marine Operations Engineer will supervise and coordinate daily marine activities across the Jebel Dhanna, Fujairah Terminal Offshore and Al Nouf concession areas. The role ensures safe navigation, pilotage, tanker berthing, loading/unloading, and the reliable operation of offshore infrastructure in line with international maritime standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor marine contractors at Jebel Dhanna Terminal for pilotage, mooring/unmooring, loading operations and offshore maintenance.
• Coordinate passage plans and manage crew boats, barges and support vessels within the AON Marine Concession.
• Assign mooring locations and provide mooring assistance to vessels.
• Oversee safe unloading operations under the Crude Receiving Facility (CRF) project.
• Inspect marine navigational aids and maintain offshore infrastructure to meet IMO, ISGOTT, OCIMF and classification society regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience in marine operations or related offshore activities.
• Familiarity with international maritime regulations (IMO, ISGOTT, OCIMF) and classification society rules.
• Ability to supervise contractors and ensure compliance with safety standards.
