Marketing & Administration Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing & Administration Executive to support client marketing activities and the day‑to‑day operations of our growing real‑estate marketing agency in Dubai. The role combines marketing coordination, project and task management, social‑media handling, content creation and general business administration.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and publish content across client social‑media accounts and update website blogs, news articles and landing pages.
• Use AI tools to research, repurpose and fact‑check industry news and marketing material.
• Support creation of social posts, email campaigns and other communications; produce simple assets using Canva.
• Create and update presentation slides, business cards, email signatures, social templates and basic marketing collateral.
• Ensure all content follows brand guidelines, is proof‑read and correctly formatted before publishing.
• Coordinate with designers, developers and external suppliers to deliver client requirements.
• Maintain project trackers, task lists and project‑management systems for multiple clients.
• Assign, monitor and follow up on tasks, checking in with internal teams, client teams and suppliers to keep projects on schedule.

Required profile

• Highly organised, proactive and detail‑oriented.
• Comfortable working with a variety of digital tools and platforms.
• Good eye for presentation and brand consistency.
• Strong ability to ensure tasks are completed on time.
