Marketing AI & Analytics Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing AI & Analytics Lead to join our fast‑growing technology platform in Dubai. You will sit at the intersection of marketing analytics, business intelligence, automation and AI, shaping the data infrastructure that drives marketing performance and commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage multi‑channel marketing data frameworks for web and mobile applications.
• Establish a single source of truth for marketing performance across business units.
• Build centralized dashboards covering acquisition, retention, CPA, LTV, conversion and funnel performance.
• Develop and optimise attribution models across web and mobile channels.
• Ensure data quality, tagging, tracking and measurement infrastructure remain accurate.
• Automate recurring analytics and leadership reporting to accelerate insight delivery.
• Identify high‑impact AI and automation opportunities and build practical tools and agentic workflows.
• Partner with growth, product, customer and technology teams to translate data into clear commercial recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 48 months (4 years) of experience in marketing analytics or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
• Proven experience working cross‑functionally with growth, product and technology teams.
• Self‑starter who can drive projects from concept to implementation.
