Marketing and Communications Manager

About the role

Towers Rotana is looking for a dynamic Marketing and Communications Manager to lead brand promotion and media relations for its Dubai property. The successful candidate will combine creativity with strategic thinking to enhance the hotel’s image and drive guest engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute advertising and public‑relations campaigns that reinforce the corporate identity.
• Support and manage media and community‑relations programmes aligned with regional marketing goals.
• Design promotional and brand‑building activities in partnership with the marketing team.
• Coordinate local, regional and international PR initiatives to achieve marketing objectives.
• Create new business partnerships and tie‑ups.
• Liaise with advertising agencies and media outlets to ensure consistent messaging.
• Oversee press releases and maintain a steady flow of articles for media partners.
• Produce marketing collateral from concept to final product following Rotana corporate guidelines.

Required profile

• Graduate in Advertising, Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar role within hospitality or related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of local and international media landscapes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Computer literate with proven experience in social media and digital marketing.
