Marketing Assistant – Dubai

About the role

A leading interior and soft furnishings company in Dubai is seeking a creative and organised Marketing Assistant to support its marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing campaigns and manage daily social media activities.
• Create and adapt content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and TikTok.
• Assist in the production of branding and marketing materials, ensuring visual consistency.
• Support the design and layout of visual assets, leveraging a strong eye for interiors, colours and fabrics.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, campaigns or social media.
• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, Interior Design or a related field.
• Previous experience in the UAE market is preferred.
