Marketing Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a creative, energetic and hands‑on Marketing Assistant to join our team in Dubai. You will support the Marketing Manager with day‑to‑day marketing activities, content creation, social media, creative projects, events and campaigns, helping to promote our family‑friendly restaurant.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing Manager in planning and executing marketing campaigns and activities.
• Create engaging content for social media, website and other digital channels.
• Support photo and video shoots, including Reels, Stories and live content.
• Develop creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, events and social media.
• Perform basic graphic design and content editing.
• Monitor daily social media activity and manage community interactions.
• Help execute restaurant events, activations and special campaigns.
• Coordinate with agencies, photographers, designers, influencers and other partners.
• Ensure all marketing materials follow brand guidelines.
• Maintain content calendars, campaign planning and marketing reports.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Marketing Manager.
• Be hands‑on in the restaurant when content, events or campaigns require on‑site presence.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, content creation or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related discipline (preferred).
• Strong interest in food, restaurants and creative marketing.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced restaurant environment and on‑site during events.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Energetic, proactive and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Canva or Adobe creative tools.
• Ability to capture photos and videos using a phone or camera.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok and other social platforms.
