Marketing Associate – Value & Promotions (UAE National)

About the role

Join Deliveroo’s Middle East team as a Marketing Associate focused on Value and Promotions. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will help shape and execute promotional strategies that drive growth and enhance the customer experience across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and execute the Middle East Marketing Promotional Calendar in collaboration with global and local teams.
• Own weekly reporting on in‑flight campaign performance and conduct post‑campaign analysis to identify success metrics and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform and strengthen promotional plans.
• Champion the consumer voice by delivering value‑focused plans that resonate with customers.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within a fast‑paced, consumer‑focused environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross‑functional teamwork.
