About the role

Rotana is seeking a passionate and dynamic intern to join its Marketing and Communications team in Dubai. This internship offers a practical insight into the hospitality industry, with a minimum duration of six months and the possibility to extend up to twelve months. You will work within a multicultural environment and receive structured training throughout the period.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing and Communications department with daily tasks and projects.
• Participate in training programmes and development activities relevant to the role.
• Collaborate with the Learning and Development department and departmental trainers for guidance and coaching.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a reputable Hotel Management School or university.
• Strong passion for the hospitality industry.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Professional personal presentation.
