Marketing & Communications Manager (Hospital)

About the role

The Marketing & Communications Manager will lead the strategic branding and positioning of Corniche Hospital, ensuring the facility meets and exceeds its annual revenue targets. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans, managing brand consistency, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual marketing and communication plans aligned with SEHA corporate standards.
• Maintain a consistent brand identity across all materials, signage, and collateral.
• Manage advertising, media relations, public relations, and digital content for website and social media.
• Coordinate events, campaigns, and community engagement programs.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership and SEHA corporate marketing teams.
• Build relationships with media, vendors, and community partners.
• Develop and monitor marketing budgets, track ROI, and prepare performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with SEHA policies, governance frameworks, and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field (master’s or MBA preferred).
• 6–8 years of experience in marketing/communications, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in a healthcare or hospital environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities; proficiency in English (Arabic preferred).
