Marketing & Communications Manager

About the role

Al Ain Rotana is seeking a passionate Marketing & Communications Manager to lead the creation and execution of marketing and promotional strategies that position the property as a top choice for its target markets. The role focuses on enhancing brand visibility, managing public relations, and delivering creative solutions that drive guest engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement marketing strategies to ensure strategic positioning and commercial viability of the property.
• Increase property profile by building a network of sponsors, stakeholders, and patrons.
• Maintain regular communication with target markets and stakeholders about property developments and Rotana initiatives.
• Manage public relations activities, including press releases and media outreach.
• Oversee advertising to ensure it reflects a positive image of the brand.
• Develop and execute direct marketing campaigns using both print and electronic channels.
• Control the marketing budget while maximizing promotional exposure.
• Secure sponsorships from companies, banks, airlines, and other partners.
• Represent the brand at exhibitions and organize related events.

Required profile

• Graduate in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Computer literate with strong written and verbal English skills; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Outgoing, vibrant, and innovative personality capable of working independently.
• Ability to uphold brand image and maintain accurate documentation.
