Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Harbor Real Estate is looking for a proactive, tech‑savvy Marketing Coordinator to support its Dubai operations. The role will assist daily marketing activities, drive digital content initiatives, manage social media channels and help coordinate events while maintaining strong relationships with brokers and partner agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support ongoing promotional campaigns and daily marketing initiatives.
• Create, schedule and publish content across social media and digital communication platforms.
• Plan and execute event logistics, fostering collaboration with brokers and agencies.
• Maintain and update CRM databases and assist with marketing automation workflows.
• Integrate AI‑powered tools to optimise content production and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within the Dubai real‑estate market.
• Bilingual fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability and experience in agency relationship management.
