About the role

Join Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk, Accor’s flagship property in the Middle East, as a Marketing Coordinator. You will support the hotel’s marketing team in delivering compelling content across digital and physical channels, ensuring brand consistency and driving guest engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage content creation for in‑house digital displays and online platforms, adhering to hotel and brand standards.
• Assist in preparing weekly marketing meeting presentations and monthly performance reports.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing and PR activations across hotel departments.
• Collaborate with creative and digital agencies on campaigns for the hotel, restaurants, and spa.
• Draft, organize, and distribute monthly newsletters, blog posts, and EDM campaigns.
• Audit digital and e‑commerce touchpoints to maintain brand consistency.
• Monitor social media channels, follow posting schedules, and respond to guest inquiries.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written communication and storytelling abilities.
