Marketing Designer

About the role

Harmony Medical Group is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Designer to join its on-site team in Abu Dhabi. The designer develops high-quality visual content for digital and print marketing campaigns, strengthening the organisation's brand identity and supporting clinic promotions, events and patient engagement initiatives. The position is full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Design marketing materials for social media, advertisements, brochures, banners, presentations and other promotional platforms.
• Create engaging visuals for marketing campaigns, clinic events and patient engagement activities.
• Maintain consistent branding across digital and print communications.
• Edit images and assist with video content production when required.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and promotional materials.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and keeping high quality standards.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong portfolio showing creative design work.
• Core competencies: creativity, attention to detail, time management, collaboration and handling several projects at once.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Familiarity with Canva and video editing is an advantage.
• Understanding of graphic design principles, brand identity, social media content creation and marketing communications.
