Marketing & E‑Commerce Executive – Pre‑Opening, Abu Dhabi

About the role

The Marketing & E‑Commerce Executive will support the Line Manager in delivering the hotel’s pre‑opening marketing and public‑relations plan. This role is central to increasing brand awareness, promoting hotel offerings and ensuring smooth internal and external communications during the launch phase.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist with the execution of agreed marketing and PR strategies.
• Monitor ongoing campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
• Develop promotional collateral, in‑house merchandising and maintain the hotel’s media library.
• Promote hotel activities to media covering food & beverage, rooms and events.
• Support internal communications, including press releases, newsletters and executive speeches.
• Organise familiarisation trips and entertain local media as required.
• Maintain media databases, update press kits, coordinate interviews and handle pre‑visit administrative tasks.
• Plan and manage on‑site photo shoots and hotel filming.
• Assist with special events, sponsorships, merchandising campaigns and property inspections.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month of relevant marketing or PR experience.
• Ability to work under the direction of the Line Manager and handle multiple projects.
• Strong organisational and written communication skills.
