Marketing Executive - Beauty

About the role

Coordinate and execute marketing activities, promotions and events for the Beauty Portfolio across department stores, ensuring alignment with Al Tayer Group policies and brand guidelines across the GCC region.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing yearly and quarterly marketing plans and activity calendars for the beauty brands.
• Implement promotional activities according to agreed plans and principal requirements.
• Collaborate daily with sales teams and BU managers to identify marketing needs.
• Coordinate weekly with the central team on POS, posters, brochures, media, merchandising, website, PR, CRM and display requirements.
• Liaise with vendors to produce POS material and collateral on schedule.
• Collect data for reports on brand performance, marketing initiatives and post‑activity analysis.
• Monitor competitors’ communication, pricing, packaging and planning.
• Maintain archiving system for all marketing elements and update relevant databases.
• Manage estimates, invoices and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Support annual budget maintenance and monthly phasing.
• Maintain relationships with external parties such as vendors and mall management.
• Update the marketing calendar and website content by season.
• Work with brand principals and social media teams to develop relevant content.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of marketing experience.
• Mandatory experience in marketing within the beauty industry.
