Marketing Executive – Beauty & Skincare

About the role

We are seeking a creative and proactive Marketing Executive to join our fast‑growing beauty brand. The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare, wellness, and storytelling, and can turn brand values into compelling digital and offline experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Create and schedule content for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Write on‑brand captions, newsletters, and launch communications.
• Manage community interactions, including DMs, comments, and mentions.
• Coordinate influencer partnerships, user‑generated content, and brand collaborations.
• Support product launches and brand activations.
• Collaborate with creative, product, and operations teams.
• Track performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.
• Produce visual assets using Canva and CapCut while maintaining brand consistency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or content creation.
• Strong storytelling ability with a clear sense of brand tone and aesthetics.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a dynamic, founder‑led environment.
• Passion for beauty, skincare, wellness, and lifestyle brands.
