Marketing Executive – Dubai

About the role

OmniVAI, an AI‑native creative studio and SaaS provider, is looking for a Marketing Executive to join its Dubai team. The role focuses on building prospect pipelines, managing outbound campaigns, and enhancing the brand’s digital presence across the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Build targeted prospect lists of brands, agencies and marketing decision‑makers across the GCC.
• Plan, write and execute outbound cold‑email campaigns, including follow‑ups and meeting scheduling.
• Transform completed client projects into compelling case studies for sales and marketing use.
• Maintain and update company credentials, proposal templates and presentation assets.
• Manage OmniVAI’s LinkedIn profile and other social media channels with consistent, high‑quality content.
• Track RFPs and tender opportunities, prepare submissions and follow up with prospects.
• Keep the CRM database organized and ensure sales opportunities are properly tracked.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, agency environments or business‑development support.
• Proven track record of managing cold‑email outreach campaigns.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM and outreach platforms such as Apollo, Lemlist or HubSpot.
• Knowledge of cold‑email strategy and email deliverability best practices.
• Experience in LinkedIn marketing and content creation.
• Ability to prepare proposals and develop case studies.
