Marketing Executive – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team in Dubai. You will support the planning and execution of campaigns, product launches and promotional activities for the XPENG brand.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches and promotions.
• Develop content calendars and coordinate social media and digital activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.
• Analyse marketing and sales data using Excel and track KPIs such as CPL, conversion rates, ROI/ROAS and engagement.
• Coordinate events, mall activations, sponsorships and partnerships.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with agencies, suppliers, showrooms, sales and CRM teams.
• Ensure all marketing activities follow XPENG brand and corporate identity standards.
• Utilise AI tools for research, analysis, content creation and presentations while validating outputs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in brand, digital, communications or commercial marketing.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, social media and marketing KPIs.
• Creative, proactive and commercially minded.
• Experience in the UAE market is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
