Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Executive to amplify the visibility of our AI‑native creative studio across the GCC. Based in Dubai, you will drive outbound outreach, craft compelling case studies and manage our brand’s digital presence.

Key responsibilities

• Build targeted prospect lists of brands, agencies and marketing decision‑makers throughout the GCC.
• Design and execute outbound email sequences, follow‑ups and booked meetings that generate new business opportunities.
• Transform completed projects into persuasive case studies and maintain an up‑to‑date credentials deck and proposal templates.
• Own and regularly update our LinkedIn and other social channels with high‑quality, on‑brand content.
• Monitor RFPs and tenders, prepare submissions and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Maintain a clean CRM system to prevent leads from going cold.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, agency work or business‑development support.
• Proven track record of cold‑email outreach that generates replies and meetings.
• Strong written communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Self‑driven, highly organized and able to produce presentation decks without designer support.
• Genuine interest in AI‑driven production and creative services.
• Based in the United Arab Emirates.

Required skills

• Experience with outreach and CRM tools such as Apollo, Lemlist and HubSpot.
• Knowledge of email deliverability best practices.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and cold‑email outreach techniques.
