Marketing Executive – UAE National

About the role

The Marketing Executive will act as a bridge between Al Rostamani Group’s brand partners and the internal marketing teams, driving brand awareness, market penetration and successful product or showroom launches across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with brand principals to understand positioning and translate it into targeted marketing plans within the CTC framework.
• Work with department managers to align marketing activities with sales strategies and budgets.
• Plan, coordinate and execute promotional events, trade shows, exhibitions, seminars and customer gatherings.
• Manage digital initiatives including paid advertising, affiliate programmes, email campaigns and social‑media viral marketing.
• Optimize website visibility through keyword analysis and SEO tactics.
• Produce content for press releases, internal magazines and other communication channels, securing GM approval.
• Design and analyse customer satisfaction surveys and report findings to senior management.
• Maintain and enhance the official CTC website to increase traffic and engagement.

Required profile

• UAE national.
• Proven experience in marketing coordination or execution, preferably within a multi‑brand environment.
• Strong understanding of sales‑driven marketing and budget planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
