Marketing Executive, Value & Promotions

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Executive, Value & Promotions to join our Middle East Marketing team in Dubai. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will own the day‑to‑day delivery and performance of promotional and incentive campaigns, ensuring each offer is targeted, timely and commercially sound.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the Middle East promotional calendar, turning quarterly plans into targeted acquisition, activation, retention and win‑back campaigns.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Tech, Data Science and Global teams to design promotional strategies that drive ROI for Deliveroo and its partners.
• Set up promotions end‑to‑end, managing eligibility, caps, dates and copy to launch offers on schedule.
• Work with CRM and tech teams to build in‑app and lifecycle campaigns that reach the right customer segment at the right moment.
• Track campaign budgets, report on performance and flag any ROI or margin deviations.
• Analyse weekly and post‑campaign data to identify successes, gaps and testing opportunities.
• Design and run local test‑and‑learn experiments, feeding insights back into the broader strategy.
• Monitor competitor activity to keep offers sharp and well‑positioned.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in growth marketing, CRM, campaign management, commercial strategy or promotions.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with commercial, finance, tech and data teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking budgets and campaign performance.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑centric approach.
