Marketing Lead – UAE

About the role

As the Marketing Lead for the UAE, you will be the primary engine for Osome’s regional growth. You will own the entire marketing funnel—from lead generation to client retention—manage the regional P&L and optimise customer acquisition cost. This high‑autonomy position requires a full‑stack marketer who can blend strategic vision with hands‑on execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the go‑to‑market strategy for UAE‑specific product features, such as corporate tax filing modules and localized VAT tools.
• Architect and execute integrated demand‑generation programmes across digital channels, influencer partnerships and field events to accelerate pipeline and revenue.
• Design automated “Founder Journeys” using HubSpot to nurture leads through business‑setup and long‑term financial‑management decisions.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience in field and partner marketing within SaaS or tech, with deep knowledge of UAE free‑zone and mainland nuances.
• Hands‑on expertise with Meta platforms and CRM automation, capable of running A/B tests and attribution models independently.
• Data‑driven startup mentality, comfortable measuring LTV/CAC ratios and conversion rates.
