Marketing Manager – Arabia & Africa

About the role

Airalo is looking for a highly organized, analytical, and hands‑on Marketing Manager to drive growth across the Arabia & Africa region. You will be the engine that turns performance data into actionable insights, coordinates multi‑market campaigns, and ensures seamless execution of regional initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Pull and maintain marketing performance data across channels, markets, and time periods (MTD, weekly, monthly, historical).
• Produce clear, regular reporting for leadership and regional stakeholders.
• Coordinate product launches and marketing campaigns across cross‑functional teams.
• Track actions to completion, monitor KPIs, and recommend optimisations.
• Support the execution of growth initiatives, including regional promotions and partnership programs.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to align messaging and timing.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment.
• Proactive communicator comfortable working in English with cross‑functional teams.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of turning complex data into clear insights.
