Marketing Manager B2B – Environmental Services

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, commercially‑minded Marketing Manager to lead B2B marketing initiatives for a leading Environmental Services organisation in Dubai. You will shape strategy, build brand awareness and generate high‑quality leads in a fast‑growing sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall B2B marketing strategy.
• Create and manage integrated campaigns across digital, social, email and offline channels.
• Drive lead generation and support sales and business development teams.
• Produce compelling content such as case studies, presentations, brochures and thought‑leadership pieces.
• Maintain consistent brand positioning across all marketing assets.
• Oversee website, SEO, social media and email marketing activities.
• Plan and coordinate industry events, exhibitions and client engagement initiatives.
• Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements to ROI.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, sales, operations and external agencies.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in a B2B environment.
• Background in Environmental Services, Sustainability, Facilities Management, Waste Management or related sectors is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated success in lead and demand generation.
• Commercial mindset with ability to measure marketing performance and ROI.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
