Marketing Manager - Digital Acceleration

About the role

One&Only The Palm is seeking a commercially‑minded Marketing Manager to lead its digital acceleration. You will shape the resort’s online presence, drive direct bookings and ensure every digital touchpoint reflects the brand’s luxury and exclusivity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital acceleration strategy across website, social, CRM, paid media, search, partnerships and emerging channels.
• Identify and act on opportunities to increase direct bookings, qualified traffic and conversion rates.
• Collaborate at the intersection of brand, content, performance, data, social and commercial strategy, turning insights into revenue‑generating actions.
• Continuously challenge the status quo by introducing new platforms, technologies and innovative digital journeys.
• Ensure all digital touchpoints convey the sophistication of the One&Only brand.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience in digital marketing, preferably within luxury hospitality.
• Commercially driven with a strong understanding of how desire, relevance and storytelling build luxury brands.
• Ability to translate data‑driven insights into actionable marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
