Marketing Manager – Hospitality Brands

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for Addmind Hospitality’s portfolio of restaurants, bars, lounges and hotels in Dubai. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on campaign management to boost brand awareness, guest engagement and commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual and campaign‑specific marketing plans, set objectives, budgets and KPIs aligned with business goals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and guest insights to shape strategy and ensure consistent brand positioning.
• Plan and oversee multi‑channel campaigns across digital, social, print and on‑ground assets, coordinating content creation and creative production.
• Manage social media calendars, community engagement and influencer, PR and media partnerships.
• Liaise with venue management, operations and events teams to align marketing activities with venue calendars.
• Coordinate with external agencies, vendors and media partners for campaign execution.
• Prepare performance reports, dashboards and analyses tracking reach, engagement, footfall and ROI.
• Identify and mitigate risks to campaign timelines, budgets or brand reputation and develop contingency plans.
