Marketing Manager

About the role

We are recruiting a Marketing Manager for a dynamic, fast‑paced business in Dubai. This role offers an ambitious marketing professional the chance to step into their first management position and own integrated 360° campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver integrated 360° marketing campaigns.
• Plan and execute both digital and offline marketing initiatives.
• Support brand‑building activities and campaign launches.
• Coordinate marketing activity across multiple channels.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise activities where required.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of marketing experience with strong 360° campaign exposure.
• Currently working as a Marketing Executive or similar and ready to step into a manager role.
• Experience in the events industry is desirable.
• Hospitality marketing background (excluding F&B) is welcomed.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
