Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a creative, results‑driven Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for Addmind’s portfolio of hospitality brands in Dubai. The role will drive brand awareness, guest engagement and commercial performance across multiple venues.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and campaign‑specific marketing plans, setting objectives, budgets and KPIs aligned with business goals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and guest insights to inform strategy and ensure consistent brand positioning.
• Plan and oversee campaigns across digital, social, print and on‑ground channels, coordinating content creation and promotional materials.
• Manage social media strategy, content calendars and community engagement for each brand.
• Lead influencer, PR and media partnerships to maximise visibility.
• Liaise with venue management, operations and events teams to align marketing activities with venue calendars.
• Coordinate with external agencies, vendors and media partners for campaign execution.
• Prepare performance reports, dashboards and analyses tracking reach, engagement, footfall and ROI.
• Identify and mitigate risks to campaign timelines, budgets or brand reputation, and monitor online sentiment.
