About the role

Empowrd AI is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead demand‑generation initiatives for its client portfolio. The role is remote‑first and works across US/UK client hours, helping businesses turn marketing activities into measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute demand‑generation, lead‑generation, content, social, positioning and outreach campaigns that deliver qualified demand.
• Translate marketing objectives into actionable plans, define metrics, and adjust tactics based on performance.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand business goals, target audiences, positioning and challenges, and turn these insights into marketing actions.
• Own marketing outcomes by tracking key numbers, identifying constraints and driving improvements.
• Work within a delivery pod alongside communications specialists and interns, ensuring clear priorities and smooth execution.
• Maintain project visibility in Asana, assign actions, monitor deadlines and document client information.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and scaling demand‑generation and lead‑generation campaigns.
• Ability to work US/UK client hours while based remotely.
• Strong client‑facing communication skills and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Experience in a fast‑moving, early‑stage environment is a plus.
