Marketing Manager

About the role

Goldnet Trading Nexus FZCO is modernising gold and silver trading in the UAE. We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to own end‑to‑end marketing strategy and execution, driving brand visibility, user acquisition and retention across digital and traditional channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement multi‑channel marketing strategies aligned with growth and acquisition targets.
• Lead full campaign lifecycle – paid media, performance marketing, social, content, email and localized offline touchpoints.
• Oversee creative development, messaging and visual storytelling to ensure brand consistency in the UAE and GCC markets.
• Track, analyse and report on CAC, ROI, conversion rates and engagement, optimising spend and performance.
• Adapt communications and assets for regional market dynamics.
• Collaborate with product, business development and design teams to translate platform updates into high‑impact campaigns.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in fintech, financial services or high‑growth tech.
• Professional fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns across organic, paid, social and direct‑to‑consumer channels.
• Analytical mindset combined with creative execution skills.
