Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of the property’s marketing plan, focusing on e‑commerce, tourism partnerships, and community engagement. This role ensures the property’s brand is consistently represented across all channels and drives occupancy through targeted promotions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive leisure marketing plan, including rate offers, packages, and programs.
• Maintain and update all property websites and coordinate digital and print collateral.
• Manage relationships with tourism bureaus, convention boards, and local community leaders.
• Track and analyse ROI for all marketing initiatives, including online, direct mail, and print advertising.
• Oversee the marketing budget, providing regular performance reports and recommendations for reallocation.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all advertising, signage, and guest touchpoints.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of sales and marketing experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret market reports, guest data, and campaign performance.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
